We work with a curated list of trade partners — and we curate it carefully. Pre-qualification typically takes 2–3 weeks and gives both sides confidence before the first bid invitation goes out.
Complete our subcontractor pre-qualification form with company info, trade specialties, insurance, bonding capacity, and three project references. Email completed forms to info@haascm.com.
We verify licenses, insurance certificates, OSHA records, and financial standing. We may follow up for additional documentation depending on trade scope.
We call your project references. We're looking for honest assessments of safety, schedule performance, quality of work, and how you handled the things that didn't go to plan.
Pre-qualified subs are added to our bid invitation list for upcoming projects matching their trade and capacity. You'll receive bid packages directly from our estimating team.
